I love that we're going after younger coaches who don't have alot of experience
This is how the Patriots started their dynasty, getting coaches and building them through the system.

I liked the read on Philbin..
The offensive line seems crucial to the system and one of the weakest parts on the Dolphins. This should bode well….

The staff philbins put together look like it just might be better than anything weve had in quite awile
remains to be seen if it jells, but i like what ive seen so far experienced leaders in OC, good expectations on the DC, ST we know cause rizzis been doin pretty good and was retained. wonder who the QB coach, RB coach is going to be.looking like its going to be a different kinda team next season, thank you god. oh ya, you to Ross, good hires IMO.
