Well now that we are in the off-season, at least for us fans. As this is the first week with no football on TV since late summer how do you pass the time on your weekends? For many of us it will start warming up outside where we live in a few short weeks (sorry Keith you still have to wait a couple of more months) and we will start to indulge in more of our favorite outdoors activities to pass the time.
Some of us participate in sports ourselves like baseball or soccer. Others just go the whole outdoors-man route be it camping, fishing or hunting of some sort. Some like me and Ohio prefer to take to our bikes (although I also hear that he indulges in a bit of hockey here and there) Others might take in a spring or summer festival of some sort. I am a big fan of the music festivals and only wish I had the time to make some of the better ones around the country. Others do not really change their routine much at all. They just move from watching one sport to another.
How about you? How do you spend your weekends and specifically your Sundays with no football and as it warms up outside?

Yeah its plummeting now. Its just to the west of us moving east. It has gone from 44 to 39 in about 20 min so I assume
it will start as sleet and then turn to snow as the temps continue to nose dive.

Hockey is the constant that is always there,…..twice a week wether I need it or not. I’ve been starring at my bikes for the last few months ( they sit on our back porch which is separated from our living room by a sliding glass door ). Have been on the road bike because my light isn’t bright enough for the speed I ride,……however my new ( and much brighter ) light just arrived late last week. So,…thinking about getting in the saddle tomorrow after work. The Mountain bike,…..I was planning on riding today after I worked 4 hours this morning. But I just couldn’t muster the willpower as it was only 60 degrees here with a 20 MPH wind. Call me a puss,….
I also look forward to Summer time. Because Summer time is concert time !
