That's the first sensible thing I've heard anyone in the media say about Flynn.

Miami (because Philbin) was the logical choice for Flynn

And if Philbin has faith in Flynn they could talk before the departure of Philbin. They could have an accord to Philbin have an easier transition signing Flynn in his new team.
And Flynn could accept a non expensive contract for 2 years, with the promise of a extension (with big money) if he shows can be a franchise QB.
In the other hand have Tannehill, could draft him and develop as an insurance behind Flynn, like he was developed behind Rogers, now with more strength because Sherman.
