Being willing to sacrifice a season for a decade-plus of contention is short-sighted. Short-sighted is wanting to beat the Kansas City Chiefs no matter what because when we lose you are depressed.. Short-sighted is choosing 6-10 over 1-15 because you don’t want to be embarrassed wearing your Jake Long jersey in public.
The people who would rather have the scenario we have now over a 1-15 season, guaranteeing Andrew Luck, are short-sighted and selfish
But how do you do that with all kinds of character items, such as pride, integrity, winning attitude, honor, courage, togetherness, never-give-up, etc?
so you can be proud of your team for winning Championships. The winning attitude went out the window at 0-7, because we laid down when winning actually mattered.
I would rather we hire a head coach with no record in the past then Mularkey. Some coaches are good at the oc or dc not the big job. He my fellow fans is one! Either keep the current head coach, or bring in one with a clean slate. NO MORE RETREDS!
