kmb8488 and I were having a discussion yesterday about who was the least liked Dolphin or former Dolphin. We had a bunch of nominees, so I thought a poll was in order to bring the deciding votes to you. Please vote for your least favorite Miami Dolphins personality.

that picture is going to skew the vote
…but I still voted for him
meleechampion - January 4, 2012
Watch-out where he parks his truck anyway. self medication is the only way to fly!
wild zion beaver - January 5, 2012
I would have voted for him anyways
Don’t hate any of the others anywhere near as much.
cubman987 - January 5, 2012
Yeah this vote is gonna be lopsided... I hate Saban
but i’d vote Wannstedt personally.. This guy was my least favorite coach. He was always just so douchey, and ran the most boring conservative offenses ive ever seen and stayed around way too long. Atleast Nick Saban was one and done, Wannstedt era was a deep wound, and our FO never stopped the bleeding.
BSerious72 - January 4, 2012
I almost put the stache in there....
Kevin Nogle - January 4, 2012
I can remember when I was younger my dad didn't like Tom Olivadotti
I heard constantly from him that the only thing the PREVENT defense prevented was the Dolphins from winning.
Jason Scott_90 - January 4, 2012
this & I remember everyone at the bar saying it only slowed the inevadable kinda like the flatt zone against a good QB!
wild zion beaver - January 5, 2012
Send BP back to where ever he wants to stay for good

Va FinFan - January 4, 2012

texascowpunk - January 4, 2012
They even had a white herse eulagy ingraved & bronzed headstone!
wild zion beaver - January 5, 2012
Why would you hate them?
Just for being put in a position to fail?
Tunaflipper - January 4, 2012
Yeah because being put in a position to fail
means dropping almost everything thrown your way.
Va FinFan - January 4, 2012
I think..
Parcells did much more damage to the organization than any other person listed. I can’t get the image of that beached whale sitting in that poor golf cart out of my head..
DesperadoJV - January 4, 2012
You can't be serious?
Saban is one of the primary reasons we had the team we did in 2007. He made great choices like taking Jason Allen in the 1st and trade a 2nd pick for Daunte Culpepper instead of signing Dree Brees as a FA.
Not to mention the year before he drafted Ronnie Brown when a guy named Aaron Rodgers was available. Now granted, there was a reason he slid down to 24th but he was a top rated QB (he was projected to go 1st overall) when we obviously needed one. I’ll still never forget him sitting in the green room with a look of “just get this over with”.
Agent J 78 - January 4, 2012
Cam Cameron always will feel like he did the most damage to the team to me....
In the time he was given to do it. With the least positive to come from his duration. But I’m too tired to think about the bad stuff much tonight.
erizzle - January 4, 2012
You guys are way off base,....
THE MOST HATED DOLPHIN IS,…….RAY FINKLE !
Ohiofinfan4life - January 4, 2012
lol
Agent J 78 - January 4, 2012
So true
How could I forget?
Dolphinole - January 5, 2012
Jimmy Johnson
for stating he “could win a Super Bowl” with the Dolphins while he was an NFL commentator, getting Shula fired, handcuffing Dan Marino, handing the keys to the car to Wanny, and never taking us to the Super Bowl or even sniffing at it. He was the beginning of our downward spiral.
LegoSouls - January 4, 2012
^^^^^THIS^^^^^100000% AGREE!!!!! NO CONTEST!!!!!!
TheFinReaper - January 5, 2012
Then he gets back to commentating, & "smiles" whilest picking against the (Miami Dolphins) to get beat by the KC Royals err Chiefs!
wild zion beaver - January 6, 2012
Garo Yepremian's attempted pass in Super Bowl VII......
Alpha6 - January 4, 2012
that was the last time they let his hands touch a football un till after the game was officaly over!
wild zion beaver - January 5, 2012
Not even a fair comparison...
Saban might split the vote 60-40 with Satan himself…..
Jason Scott_90 - January 4, 2012
LOL
texascowpunk - January 5, 2012
He does look lame in that shot (pix) his eyes are on different plains his tounge is forked, does he carry id that stats he born here in the USA!
dont let this one run for office, he might have a little Arnold Shwartsanagger in him!
wild zion beaver - January 5, 2012
Nick Saban didn't bring us Drew Brees, instead he brought us Cant-e Throw-pepper
And Parcells wanted to get Jimmy Graham (A future perennial pro-bowler) and instead got John Jerry, ergo, we should be the Saints.
But Nick Saban definitely.
AlejandroN - January 4, 2012
I spelled Satan wrong
TWICE!
AlejandroN - January 4, 2012
hehe!

Weird Selection / Combination
Has to be Satan out of this bunch, clearly. Bill Parcells & Jeff Ireland have built us a base and put us back in the pack, rescuing us after years of bad drafts. Sparano tried his butt off and isn’t deserving of “hate”. Henne? Are you serious? You could hate the pick but not the player.
Recipients of hate in recent years on this site you could have added might include.
Tedd Ginn & Family for being drafted no.9
Cam Cameron for engineering 1-15
Ricky Williams for Blowing the team out (literally)
Dave Wannstache for numerous curious draft decisions – Jamar Fletcher anyone?
Jay Fiedler for being a pick six maestro
Wayne Huzienga
Personally I’ve forgiven most of ’em…
Armchair QB - January 5, 2012
He got good muney for his garbage company!
wild zion beaver - January 6, 2012
I really don't get all the hate for Saban
Yea, he made some bad personnel choices, but what coach of our hasn’t in the past 10 years? So I don’t think you can blame him for that. The only thing I see as plausible is the fact he said, “I’m not looking for another job”…when in fact he was. However, what coach, or Front Office manager, hasn’t said that? Sorry, but all the hate for Saban, imho, is misguided, or misplaced. Just mvho.
tuscanitunr x2 - January 5, 2012
he flat out lied about not talking to Alabama
then bolted to coach the Crimson Tide the minute the season ended.
The late great Jim Mandich coined him best…. “Nick the Turd”
I root against him every minute of every game he coaches
FinsSince70 - January 5, 2012
...but that's what I'm getting at.
Every coach or FO guy out there will say the same thing. Hell players say it all the time too. I’m retired…or I’m not interested in coaching, when in fact…they are thinking something different.
To me…I see that Saban said, he was the coach of the Dolphins…and then at the end of the season he said…hey I’m going to the Tide. So what if he say’s he hasn’t been talking to any other teams. To me, that’s keeping the focus on what it should be on…the current situation. In that case…him as the coah of the Fins.
I know everyone has their opinions…just sayin…I really don’t see the difference in what he did and what anyone else does in Football.
tuscanitunr x2 - January 5, 2012
it was how he denied it
he just flat out lied… (quotes taken from a USA Today article 12/21/06)
“I guess I have to say it,” Saban said. “I’m not going to be the Alabama coach.”
“I don’t control what people say,” Saban said. “I don’t control what people put on dot-com or anything else. So I’m just telling you there’s no significance, in my opinion, about this, about me, about any interest that I have in anything other than being the coach here.”
He said this after already agreeing to coach in Tuscaloosa
FinsSince70 - January 5, 2012
I agree. Its much different then what most coahes do which is avoid giving a straight answer.
Also he is just a giant D bag otherwise.
texascowpunk - January 6, 2012
Jimmy Johnson and the stache
both are equal parts, Jimmy first for making Marino retire and the stache for making Ricky retire in a key year..
Fintastic47 - January 5, 2012
Cam Cameron
The biggest douche bag in the bunch.
Truth Warrior - January 5, 2012
Not a great set of choices
You need to separate coaches and players, past and present. Because we all know Saban was #1. However the runner up position is the toughy with so many many good choices. You got Parsells, Wannstedt, Clam Cam Moron, and Toneeeee. As for players, you got such stars as Pat White, Teddy Bear Ginn and his family, Jamal Fletcher, Dante Culpepper, Anti Drew Brees, John Beck, Chad, I am going to be better next year Hennnneeee, Abdul Kareem El-Jabbar, and Yatil Green.
DAVEBUCK - January 5, 2012
Yatil Green? How do you hate a guy for getting injured? Thats just sad dude.
texascowpunk - January 6, 2012
He did have a breif stint here!
wild zion beaver - January 6, 2012
24 votes for Henne as least favorite Dolphin!?!
As least favorite Dolphin!?! I am not a Henne supporter, but I can think of 100 other players for least favorite dolphin (including, but not limited to, all the other people on the poll).
Wade - January 5, 2012
SATAN Is winning it by a landslide !!!! LOL
Dolphinator - January 5, 2012
I'm surprised that there were not more votes for Sparano
the way this site blew up after he was fired, i would have thought that would have the most hated.
Phinphinatic - January 6, 2012
He was a nice guy, its Tuna that does not get the proper votes!
He never finished our line & went D picked a player that never saw the field after we lost our whole oline continuity!
wild zion beaver - January 6, 2012
i voted for tuna
Phinphinatic - January 7, 2012
