phinsphan85 - January 14, 2012
are you really asking?
lol
BULLieving in Miami - January 14, 2012 via iPhone app
oh yes
phinsphan85 - January 14, 2012
HOLA!
Dolfan88 - January 14, 2012
did anyone just see Thomas go limp on that fumble?
I think he’s been concussioned… concusted?
BULLieving in Miami - January 14, 2012 via iPhone app
Looks like it.
He just dropped like a ton of bricks.
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
Concussed, lol
And yes, he got whacked big time. It looked kinda scary. Up until JUST now, the announcers didn’t even mention it which is kind of sad. They didn’t even know it was a fumble until the official said it was 9ers ball. It was clear he lost it as soon as he got hit.
phinsphan85 - January 14, 2012
don't know about you but I blacked out once
doing this stupid breathing game. for someone who’s never fainted or anything, that feeling of regaining consciousness lying on the ground surrounded by your friends is kinda scary.
BULLieving in Miami - January 14, 2012 via iPhone app
nope I never have personally
Seen a few seizures though. Not fun
phinsphan85 - January 14, 2012
Saints were driving then...
FUMBLE!!!!!!!!
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
Ginn caught a first down...
In a playoff game in the 2nd round.
Why do former Dolphins always go to other teams and make it further in the postseason…I know Ginn mostly sucks, but still, how depressing.
JT, Ricky, Sam Madison…who else?
hbkDolphins - January 14, 2012
Oh wes welker.
hbkDolphins - January 14, 2012
welker
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
the ultimate example of...
the one that got away.
(honorable mention: Drew Brees)
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
Yeah but it kinda sucks that players like JT, Ricky, Madison played here so long
then leave for 2 seasons and make it further than they ever did.
Of course I’m happy, and I hope the Ravens make the Super Bowl even though Ricky only carries like 8-10 times a game. Gives something to cheer for.
hbkDolphins - January 14, 2012
Andre Goodman?
BULLieving in Miami - January 14, 2012 via iPhone app
and now brothers of Dolphins...
BULLieving in Miami - January 14, 2012 via iPhone app
Because the Dolphins, and the fans, need immediate impact from a player, or they are gone.
We don’t let a player develop. So, when they go to another team and actually develop, then we look back and get upset that we cut them.
Kevin Nogle - January 14, 2012
^^This^^
NawlinsPhinFan - January 14, 2012
wow ginn put a shoulder into it , instead of running for the sidelines.
daytonadolfan - January 14, 2012
didn't Jason Allen play well for his team this year?
also Samson Satele hasn’t been bad for Oakland since Miami traded him.
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
Jason Allen
41 tackles and 4 picks for Houston on the year.
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
Go niners!
daytonadolfan - January 14, 2012
this sucks...
mobile app on Droid is acting up.:(
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
mine does the same on iPhone
where it doesn’t properly load all comments. does this quite a bit.
and is a landscape keyboard too much to ask for?
BULLieving in Miami - January 14, 2012 via iPhone app
Did Steven Tyler just say "holy shit" in that Idol commercial?
Or was it another word that just sounded like it?
phinsphan85 - January 14, 2012
dude, I totally hit rewind to check that myself!! LOL
no, the girl’s name was Schick or something. “holy Schick”
BULLieving in Miami - January 14, 2012 via iPhone app
Ohhh okay
I mean I guess it’s obvious he wouldn’t say the other word but it sounded otherwise lol. Thanks for clearing that up haha
phinsphan85 - January 14, 2012
Is alex smith any better than moore?
AussiePhinfan - January 14, 2012
He takes care of the ball, which is great
He made the right throws all 3 times there. The first 2 times he had absolutely nobody so he threw it away instead of forcing an INT and costing them points. He looks good today, real confidant in himself.
phinsphan85 - January 14, 2012
Only 5 INTs all year I believe
phinsphan85 - January 14, 2012
really
AussiePhinfan - January 14, 2012
He's like healthier chad pennington with a stronger arm
And with a great coach
hbkDolphins - January 14, 2012
I think I heard he had 17TD 5INT
They utilize him the best way they can. He’s just asked to take care of the ball basically and with the right coaching in place with a great defense and run game, it’s worked out quite well
phinsphan85 - January 14, 2012
apparently! lol
daytonadolfan - January 14, 2012
wow SF is kicking ass !
daytonadolfan - January 14, 2012
Matt moore 16 td 9 int 2497 yds 17tds 5 int 3144 yds for smith
AussiePhinfan - January 14, 2012
what the hell happened
i’m gone 5 minutes and its 17-0?!
MiamihastheDolphins.... - January 14, 2012
People can't compare Moore to Smith.
If the Phins go into the season with Moore and only Moore they are insane. Maybe he’ll be better, but it’s more likely he won’t be.
RG3, Manning or Flynn….they have to get one of them. Been searching too long for a QB to ignore the position or draft some 3rd round reach. Moore’s on the roster for 2012 anyway.
hbkDolphins - January 14, 2012
If a healthy Manning is released we should sign him AND trade p for RG III
Get our present and future all in one shot
phinsphan85 - January 14, 2012
and the Saints offense awakens...
but SF is still up by 10. Go Niners!!!!!
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
pshh that's nothing for this offense
they can get that in under a minute if they want
MiamihastheDolphins.... - January 14, 2012
I know...
:(
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
make that Niners by 3...
:(
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
prediction: NO will tie it or go ahead by halftime
MiamihastheDolphins.... - January 14, 2012
wrong
good try though
Phinsphana - January 14, 2012
Colston is so underratted
His a top 10 WR and has yet to make it to a Probowl.
NawlinsPhinFan - January 14, 2012
He's a total beast
NawlinsPhinFan - January 14, 2012
Colston is a free agent
How about him on the other side of Marshall
NawlinsPhinFan - January 14, 2012
I would prefer him over picking jefferys in the draft
Phinsphana - January 14, 2012
No way he is leaving NO
PotM - January 14, 2012
they will franchise brees and he will become a free agent. and to quote neon Deion Sanders “Its all about the money”
Phinsphana - January 14, 2012
They will retain both Brees and Colston. Henderson will leave though.
PotM - January 14, 2012
What's meachums contract situation
Phinsphana - January 14, 2012
He's also a free agent
NawlinsPhinFan - January 15, 2012
Meachum, not Henderson is a free agent.
PotM - January 16, 2012
I was repling to Phinphana on Meachum
NawlinsPhinFan - January 16, 2012
man, this Saints offense is impressive
yeah they have a bunch of turnovers already, but they are so fast and have soooo many weapons, i don’t care how good ur D is, this team is damn near impossible to stop for a whole game
and i am really impressed with Jimmy Graham
…and on a personal note, it is fucking great to be able to watch NFL football again. this is the 1st full NFL game i have been able to watch all season (i did watch the BCS Championship game). i tried to watch Dolphins games in Spain, but the internet was really shitty and would get frustrated with the choppy feedback so i gave up. God Bless America!
MiamihastheDolphins.... - January 14, 2012
Well hopefully you get to see the dolphins in post season games next year!
And be careful over there, we need our fans worldwide to represent !!
daytonadolfan - January 14, 2012
lol i came back to Florida last week, i was there for the semester
wish i was back in Europe :-(
MiamihastheDolphins.... - January 14, 2012
9ers D strikes again!
Dolfan88 - January 14, 2012
INTERCEPTED!!!!!
:)
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
well there goes my prediction
MiamihastheDolphins.... - January 14, 2012
2 today for Brees
Dolfan88 - January 14, 2012
AKA the What Could Have Been Bowl
In one corner stands Drew Brees, all pro QB who we passed up twice.
In the other corner stands Jim Harbuagh, the newest up and cominh NFL coach
Patssuck456 - January 14, 2012
and jimmy graham
MiamihastheDolphins.... - January 14, 2012
FRICKEN OFFENSE!!!
If the Niners lose, it won’t be because of their defense, that’s for sure. The Niners have to WAKE UP offensively if they are going to win this thing.
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
fumble...
New Orleans ball. :(
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
lots of turnovers
MiamihastheDolphins.... - January 14, 2012
And the 2nd half begins...
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
FUMBLE!!!!!
The Niners recover!:)
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
damn it only looks like they'll get a field goal
AussiePhinfan - January 14, 2012
If this is how the niners offense plays they have no hope of winning the super bowl
AussiePhinfan - January 14, 2012
I dont know 5 turnovers covers up a mediocer offense
Phinsphana - January 14, 2012
The thing that's killing the Niners offense right now is...
The Saints blitz. Crabtree had a bad case of dropsies in the 2nd quarter, but the really, its the Saints bringing an extra Blitzer on 3rd down. Smith has NO time to throw.
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
Smith has no chance against it
MiamihastheDolphins.... - January 14, 2012
none what-so-ever...
may be add in a few screens or shovel passes?
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
what is wrong with the niners OL don't they know the game is 4 qtrs not 1 and a half
AussiePhinfan - January 14, 2012
Well, the Niners o-line isn't playing all that bad...
Usually its 6 blockers vs 7 rushers. its always the extra unblocked man that seems to get to Smith. The Niners need to do something so the Saints don’t keep blitzing that extra man.
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
use a back to block the extra dude?
MiamihastheDolphins.... - January 14, 2012
or a screen
MiamihastheDolphins.... - January 14, 2012
6 blockers mean you are keeping the back in.
PotM - January 14, 2012
very good, u passed my test ;)
MiamihastheDolphins.... - January 14, 2012
Quick passes. Screens. End around to Ginn.
Maybe a trick play.
PotM - January 14, 2012
seems like they tried all that and just cant develop it fast enough
daytonadolfan - January 14, 2012
Good D. Sometimes as a playcaller you have to acknowledge your men are getting beat.
PotM - January 14, 2012
Two TE or screen passes?
AussiePhinfan - January 14, 2012
There is really only two ways to stop the offense in today's NFL:
1) Create Pressure
2) Cause TOs. (FFs can be as deadly as INTs)
Then you have to have good cover men behind the rush.
We have good cover men in the LBer corps and at CB. It think the only thing keeping us from stopping a team like NO, NE and GB is our Ss.
PotM - January 14, 2012
carlos rodgers is great
AussiePhinfan - January 14, 2012
He is a lot like Smith. Good cover man, but never got the INTs (stone hands).
Finally getting the INTs in a contract year and everyone thinks he is great.
It’ll happen to Smith one day, IMO.
PotM - January 14, 2012
that was a NICE deflection...
great closing speed and then he got that hand in there at the right time to block that pass.
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
This is a good ole fashioned defensive game.
PotM - January 14, 2012
Good gain. This is how you stop the DC from blitzing.
PotM - January 14, 2012
sickest version i have heard
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uxscw07Ktqs
MiamihastheDolphins.... - January 14, 2012
if the d can hold a few more times...
the Niners may actually pull off the upset.
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
O needs either a long drive or a TD.
PotM - January 14, 2012
Saints field goal is good.
It’s time for the Niners to answer.
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
9ers need something from the O now.
PotM - January 14, 2012
Run Gore
PotM - January 14, 2012
RG3
Run Gore all 3 downs.
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
I think that the Saints cut their return man after this game, win or lose.
I mean 2 lost fumbles in a must-win playoff game?
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
Defense!!!!
this is really the match up of the game isn’t it? Saints o vs Niners d.
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
niners D is freaking gooooooood
MiamihastheDolphins.... - January 14, 2012
now if the offense can generate a drive they are in business !
daytonadolfan - January 14, 2012
big if.
PotM - January 14, 2012
they just if'd it , lol
daytonadolfan - January 14, 2012
SACKED!!!!!
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
can the niners D hold off the saints O
AussiePhinfan - January 14, 2012
Run Gore Run!!!
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
That is what happens when you blitz.
PotM - January 14, 2012
as long as they don't turn the ball over...
the Niners should get at least 3.
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
they needed a TD
AussiePhinfan - January 14, 2012
yes they did, but it's more interesting this way.
daytonadolfan - January 14, 2012
its set up now...
for a last minute Saints victory…:(
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
yeah that's what i'm expecting
AussiePhinfan - January 14, 2012
its gonna happen
MiamihastheDolphins.... - January 14, 2012
Saig the same thing two SBs ago when the Colts were having a comeback.
PotM - January 14, 2012
was that intentional?
pass to Gore?
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
No, pass was batted back.
Dolfan88 - January 14, 2012
great reaction.
PotM - January 14, 2012
I know
but that would’ve been REALLY good play calling if it was… “ok Smith, you are gonna throw it at the defender, it will deflect off of two defenders and Gore, you will catch the ball and run for your life while the defense tries to figure out what’s going on.”
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
trickeration at it's finest !
daytonadolfan - January 14, 2012
c'mon defense
daytonadolfan - January 14, 2012
DEFENSE!!!!!
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app

Phinsphana - January 14, 2012
Yeah, thanks to Brees campaigning for his ol team mate.
fin4three5yrs - January 14, 2012
Got to have TDs against the Saints. FGs don't cut it.
fin4three5yrs - January 14, 2012
it will if they can eat up enough clock
daytonadolfan - January 14, 2012
Saints only need very little time to score with the sprinters and a giant of a TE and don't
forget that lil guy.
fin4three5yrs - January 14, 2012
its time to...
1) Burn clock with Gore & Hunter.
2) Get in range for last second field goal.
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
we just can't afford any more INTs.
and more of Vernon Davis couldn’t hurt.
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app

daytonadolfan - January 14, 2012
Nice Pass!
Dolfan88 - January 14, 2012

The year of the tight end
biggaandbadda - January 14, 2012
Nobody can say that the 49ers success was the product of a weak sked.
Look at their victims and they gave the cowboys game away.
fin4three5yrs - January 14, 2012
Wow he crying and it not the superbowl

biggaandbadda - January 14, 2012

hbkDolphins - January 14, 2012
I know man. 1 man's junk is another man's treasure.
fin4three5yrs - January 14, 2012
Well he still doesn't do much besides returns, but it just shows how tormented we are
hbkDolphins - January 14, 2012
except get called for offensive pass interference and get himself injured…
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
He helped us in that department royally(the Jets) and also as part time deep threat(jets)}
fin4three5yrs - January 14, 2012
He may have a MCL injury.
Dolfan88 - January 14, 2012
Tha NFC west is rising and Saints were eliminated 2 years running by that division.
fin4three5yrs - January 14, 2012
3 NFC West teams have made the NFC Championship Game in the past 7 years
Seahawks and Cardinals both went to the Super Bowl.
hbkDolphins - January 14, 2012
poor Rams...
they probably are feeling left out right about now.
Masatoshi-san - January 14, 2012 via Android app
Dude imagine if they make a playoff run next season?

hbkDolphins - January 14, 2012
Wouldn't that be a doozy. I'm praying for a RG3 landing.
fin4three5yrs - January 14, 2012
Hope they stay that way while Fisher is there. Really hope they move the team to
North Dakota.
fin4three5yrs - January 14, 2012
Haha. I think the Rams are California Dreamin'
LA has to be the Chargers, Rams or Raiders.
hbkDolphins - January 14, 2012
Most likely, but how bout Jville?
fin4three5yrs - January 14, 2012
Maybe, but Jags attendance has increased, they actually averaged more fans than the Dolphins this year...
hbkDolphins - January 14, 2012
Huh? No way.
fin4three5yrs - January 14, 2012
Yes,Phins attendance dropped 11% to 60,000, Jags averaged 62,000
http://espn.go.com/nfl/attendance
hbkDolphins - January 14, 2012
Wow incredible game....happy for Alex Smith...someone everyone wrote off
before this season!
MassFinFan65 - January 14, 2012
Not when Harbaugh arrived and stuck with him. He did have 1st round talent.
fin4three5yrs - January 14, 2012

this is his 7th offensive coordinator in 7 seasons.
